Good afternoon my new friend. I found you at Angie's WMWW and am now following you. Any loss is a good loss. I wish my scale had the numbers in digital instead of the old kind. It's so hard to tell for sure if there's a pound gone or not. As soon as I start using my Wii more that will help.
I've read some of your posts and am very impressed with all that you've been doing. Keep up the great work. One day you'll make your goal and you'll have this journal to look back at and see just how hard you worked to get to where you wanted to be.

Just set yourself a small goal.

Can I suggst a non-weight goal?

An exercise goal? Or a getting to bed early at least three nights next week goal?

THEN, a weight goal.

Go back to basics of what worked initially.

Sorry to hear about Gabe having strep throat! Hope he gets better soon.

Lately I'm happy to lose any weight no matter how small it may seem because it's been a struggle for me not to eat anything that moves. But I do know what you mean about being too hard on ourselves because I still find myself getting that way sometimes - not only in weight loss but in other aspects of my life too - I Definitely need to work on that.

My youngest daughter is the same. We just got back from a week away and she would NOT get in the pool. Ended up with my partner taking the two eldest girls each morning and me staying back with the youngest in the caravan drawing or whatever till they got back. Same thing - she's never had a bad water experience so I'm not sure why she hates it so much.

See this is why - when we do the 12hour drive to Scotland we do it at night ;) We don't have a dvd player in our car... so all we get to hear is Zzzzzzzzz's. The trip home in the daylight is another matter mind you! Hmmm, maybe I need to think about those DVD player thingamabobs!
